Dr. Seetharaman Iyer is a distinguished Consultant Psychiatrist, Psychotherapist, Researcher, Author and Motivational Speaker, with a multidisciplinary professional journey spanning psychiatry, psychotherapy, mental health research, academic writing, music and public speaking.

With a strong foundation in medical psychiatry and specialised training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) from the Beck Institute, USA, Dr. Iyer brings together psychiatric expertise and evidence-based psychological approaches to provide comprehensive, personalised and compassionate mental healthcare.

Dr. Iyer completed his MBBS and MD in Psychiatry from the prestigious Nair Hospital, Mumbai, followed by DNB in Psychiatry from New Delhi. His extensive clinical experience includes working across some of Mumbai’s leading tertiary-care institutions, including Sion Hospital, KEM Hospital and Nair Hospital, where he has cared for and successfully treated thousands of patients across a wide spectrum of psychiatric and psychological concerns.
